Issue with importing theme with Envato Elements
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
1. I need help installing a theme on my site using Envato Elements and I am having issues as per below.
2. You will install the theme I select and ensure the header and footer from that theme also imported
3. You will show me what I did wrong so in future I dont have problem again
Would someone please help. I have a premium version of Envato Elements. I am trying to install a premium theme on my website however when I do this it only imports the content within the page and does not import the header and footer of the theme? Please help. See below the steps I have taken.
I am using Word Press with Premium Elementor plugin and Envato Elements plugin. The site I am building is this site www.stagingurl.com.au/liftnshift/
The steps I have taken.
1. I select ‘elements’ from the Word Press dashboard and then from drop down select ‘Premium Template Kits’ I then select ‘install kit’ on the theme I like
2. I create a new page using Elementor Pro. I scroll down the page in edit mode and select the ‘Add template’ option located at the bottom of the page. I then select the option ‘My Templates’ and select ‘insert’
3. It tells me that the template requires a few plugins. I click okay and let them be installed. It also tells me the theme is only tested with the ‘Elementor Hello Theme’ I make sure that is the active theme before I insert.
4. After I insert the theme it tells me to wait. It then inserts the content HOWEVER the header and Footer of the theme is NOT imported? Please help why?
5. Please not I have tried a few different premium templates to make sure it is not bug with the first template I select.
