1. Project Overview

The purpose of this project is to design and develop a high-performance, SEO-optimised WordPress website for our business. The website must be lightweight, fast-loading, scalable, and structured to support strong organic search performance across multiple service and location-based pages.

The website will be built using WordPress CMS with Elementor Pro as the primary page builder.

2. Platform & Technology Requirements
CMS: WordPress (latest stable version)
Page Builder: Elementor Pro
Theme: Lightweight, performance-focused theme (e.g. Hello Elementor or equivalent)
Responsive Design: Fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Browser Compatibility: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox (latest versions)

3. Hosting & Server Environment
The website will be developed directly on our server
Hosting will be fully provided by us
The developer will be granted the necessary temporary access (server, WordPress admin, or staging environment as required)
The developer is responsible for:
Working within the provided hosting environment
Ensuring compatibility with our server configuration
Not making unauthorised changes to server-level settings without approval

For each page:
