HTML to WordPress Elementor Conversion

I have a complete static HTML template that now needs to live inside WordPress.
Please handle the full conversion into a clean, lightweight theme built with Elementor and slider —no other builders or hard-coded sections, so I can keep editing easily later on.

Current text and a handful of graphics are ready to drop in right away. I’ll be adding more images and videos over the next few weeks, so set up reusable global sections and media-friendly layouts that let me swap or extend content without touching code.

Performance is just as important as the build itself. Once everything is in place I want the site tuned for Core Web Vitals, compressed images, minified assets, caching, and a sub-two-second initial load on common speed-test tools.

Key deliverables:
• Elementor-based theme replicating the original HTML design
• All existing content migrated, with placeholder areas for upcoming images/videos
• Responsive behavior verified on mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Page-speed optimization and final test report showing green scores on Googel speed test or similar tool

If any plugin choices affect speed, please flag them before installing. I’m ready to start as soon as you can share a timeline.
