HTML Landing Page WordPress Conversion

I already have a fully coded HTML landing page for a local home-improvement contractor; I now need it reproduced inside WordPress so it looks and behaves exactly the same. My preference is to handle this with a page builder plugin and I work with Elementor, so please build the page there from scratch rather than relying on any pre-made templates.

Key points to hit
• Strip out the theme’s header, footer and navigation so the page stands alone.
• Pixel-perfect match to the existing HTML—fonts, spacing, animations, everything.
• Drop the shortcode [wpforms id="4539"] into the form area and be sure it renders properly.
• Keep the mobile responsiveness already baked into the original code.
• Publish the finished Elementor page at the specific slug I’ll provide on my Hostinger-hosted site.

I will supply the HTML, CSS, images and any other assets as soon as we start. Once the live page matches the original design in all breakpoints, the job is done.
