GHL WooCommerce Elementor Integration & Automation

I run a WordPress store that was built with Elementor and handles checkout through WooCommerce. All of my post-purchase communication and pipeline management lives inside GoHighLevel (GHL), yet right now the two systems are isolated. I’m looking to connect them so the moment a customer pays, their details flow straight into GHL and the onboarding sequence fires automatically.

The main purpose is to streamline my sales process—specifically the customer onboarding stage—by sending an automated welcome email as soon as an order is completed. Here’s what I need:

• Link WooCommerce purchase events (new order, refund, etc.) to GHL via the native plugin, webhooks, or a reliable third-party tool such as Zapier/Make, ensuring every buyer is created as a contact, tagged, and dropped into the correct pipeline.
• Build and activate a reusable “Welcome” workflow in GHL that triggers on purchase, delivers the first email instantly, and leaves room for additional follow-ups I can add later.
• Map key data fields—name, email, order ID, product, coupon code—so I can segment future campaigns.
• Prevent duplicates, test with a sandbox order, and confirm the automated email lands in the inbox.
• Provide a brief hand-off (written steps or Loom video) showing how to adjust tags, emails, and additional workflows as my catalog grows.

If you prefer custom PHP snippets inside functions.php, that’s fine; if you’d rather rely on the official GHL WooCommerce add-on, that works too. What matters is rock-solid syncing and a polished first email greeting every new customer.
