Fix a few issues in Elementor

A few issues to be fixed:
- set a hero video to viewport size, centered and covered (only shows the middle section on mobile)
- fix issue with page being wider than shown on mobile (user can scroll page to the side, but there is no content)
- menu bar is not sticky (content on pages is hidden behind menu)
