Fix WordPress Password Reset Flow

My Elementor-based WordPress site needs its password-reset flow to work exactly as users (and I) expect. When someone clicks “Forgot password”, the system must email them a unique link; that link should load a clean page where they can enter a new password of their choice—nothing shorter than eight characters. I’m running only core WordPress user features,elementor and ultimate membership pro, the design needs to look presentable.

Deliverables:
• End-to-end reset flow fully functional on production
• Validation enforcing minimum eight-character passwords
• Admin email alert generated whenever a reset is initiated
