Fix WordPress Lead Capture Issue
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My landing page relies on a custom-built form to collect visitor details, yet nothing shows up in the WordPress admin after submission. The front end behaves as if everything works—no errors, success message displays, in ThankYiu page, but the entries never reach the database or the dashboard. I can’t confirm whether a recent update triggered this, so I need a developer who can quickly trace and resolve the break in the data flow.
Btw, WordPress website built with Elementor pro.
No custom coding lije PHP is used.
What I will provide
• WordPress admin access.
• Clarification on where and how I expect the leads to appear in the backend (e.g., a specific table or custom post type)
I prefer Leads data to be Sent tip my WhatsApp as well.
What I need back
1. Diagnosis of why submissions are not being recorded.
2. A clean, secure fix that restores full lead storage in the admin area, and also to my WhatsApp
3. Confirmation that the solution survives theme and core updates, with notes on any code changes.
I’m ready to grant access right away and would love to close this out as soon as you can pinpoint the fault.
