Fix Portfolio Text Issues

I need a freelancer to fix a text truncation and formatting issue in my Elementor portfolio on WordPress. The problem currently affects only the “Describe the Work You Completed” field.

Requirements:
- Increase character limit
- Preserve formatting (like line breaks) in View Mode
- Ensure no user information is lost
