Fix Maps & Form Errors

I’m looking for a quick, no-frills repair of two issues on my WordPress site (built with Elementor).
1. Google Maps
Across every “property for sale” page the embedded map returns “Location not found.” I haven’t touched the site or the API key recently, so the fault is likely an API setting or script conflict. I need the map to display our business address correctly again.
2. Contact Form
Submitting the form triggers a server error and no email reaches us. A clean SMTP setup (or any proven alternative) should restore reliable delivery.
