Fix Elementor Theme Conflicts
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My WordPress site looks perfect inside the Theme Customizer, yet on an actual phone the header and footer either vanish or inherit the wrong styling. Elementor seems to be overriding the theme in ways I can’t trace: the copyright year won’t update, and when I disable Elementor the date corrects itself but the navigation breaks. In short, mobile shows missing content, especially in the header and footer, and I need that resolved without losing any Elementor layouts.
I’d like you to:
• Track down the exact point where Elementor overrides the Theme Customizer—both for the footer copyright and for mobile breakpoints.
• Apply whatever setting, hook, or small code edit is required so that the copyright date updates automatically while Elementor stays active.
• Restore correct mobile rendering of the header, footer, and any other affected sections, confirming the fix across common screen sizes.
Please work directly in WordPress/Elementor (no external rebuild) and keep any custom code well-commented so future theme or plugin updates won’t undo the solution. A quick outline of what you changed will be the only deliverable I need besides the working site.
