Fix Elementor Layout Issues

Hello Elementor experts, I hired recently poor quality developer who poorly built our elementor 10 page website. He didn't follow best practices like right width, layouts, no global typography or coloring, no mobile responsive, and many places he placed direct code from figma instead of building it. It's 10 page website and very simple website with very less sections on each page. I also want you to setup blog post layout to match our site theme. Need someone who is expert in Elementor and really have good knowledge of layouts, sizes, and best elementor practices. It is simple website and I have very tight budget. All pages are already done, am looking possibly new freelancer who can do this job within next few hours and in my budget in exchange for building his profile or portfolio. Thanks!!!
