Figma-to-WordPress Property Platform
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I already have a pixel-perfect Figma file that spans 200+ pages for my property management company, and I want the entire experience reproduced in WordPress using Elementor and Elementor Pro.
Core build
• 200 individual property profiles, each with images, specs and an embedded 3D virtual tour.
• A user-profile database that supports secure login/registration, in-dashboard property-listing management, and real-time communication between owners, tenants and our team.
• An advanced, clearly mapped workflow so navigation and task flows match the Figma prototype exactly.
Performance & devices
The finished site must feel instant on mobile, tablet and desktop—think Core Web Vitals green across the board, lazy-loaded media, and Lighthouse scores in the 90s. Caching, image optimisation and any needed CDN setup are part of the brief.
Technical notes
• Builder: Elementor only (no Divi or other frameworks).
• Expect to create custom post types for Properties and perhaps Users, along with tailored Elementor templates.
• 3D tours can be powered by Matterport, PanoPress or a comparable WebGL solution; whichever you propose must run smoothly in all modern browsers.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every Figma layout and interaction reproduced faithfully.
2. 3D tours load in under three seconds on a 4G connection.
3. User registration, property CRUD, and messaging all work end-to-end.
4. Final site passes accessibility basics (WCAG AA colour contrast & keyboard nav).
5. GTmetrix grade A, Google PageSpeed ≥ 90 on mobile.
If you have deep Elementor experience, proven speed-optimisation skills, and can handle a content import of this size, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
