Expert WordPress & Elementor Pro Developer Needed (Long-Term Opportunity)

We’re looking for a highly skilled WordPress developer who is an expert in Elementor Pro and comfortable working with light custom code to help us build, improve, and maintain high-performance websites.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who truly understands WordPress under the hood and can go beyond drag-and-drop when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and customize websites using WordPress + Elementor Pro

Create clean, responsive, conversion-focused layouts

Implement custom CSS, and occasionally custom PHP or JS when Elementor alone isn’t enough

Optimize sites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness

Troubleshoot issues related to plugins, themes, and layouts

Make precise edits without breaking existing functionality

Follow instructions closely and communicate clearly

Required Skills

Advanced Elementor Pro experience (custom widgets, dynamic content, theme builder)

Strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins

Ability to write and modify custom CSS

Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP, HTML, and JavaScript for WordPress customization

Experience optimizing WordPress sites for performance (Core Web Vitals is a plus)

Attention to detail and clean, organized work

Nice to Have

Experience working with custom post types and ACF

Familiarity with WooCommerce

Understanding of SEO-friendly site structure

Ability to follow brand guidelines and design direction
