Elementor pro help needed

I have a webpage where I need some help to make menu and 2 sites. The sites is simpel and easy to make. If you know elementor and you can tell me how to make it or you do it and explain how it works that would be great.
I need that we follow elector guidelines 100% and don't make any crap code. It shall be simpel.
