Elementor Website Template Clone

I need a fresh WordPress install built with Elementor (Pro or free tools—whichever lets us match the design precisely) that mirrors the entire look-and-feel of https://dewittconstructionllc.com. The finished site will serve as a reusable template for future projects, so clean global settings, theme builder use, and clearly named sections are important.

Core scope
• Home, New Homes, Gallery, and Jefferson County pages reproduced one-to-one, including all hero sections, image grids, headers, footers, and internal links.
• Every call-to-action button, hover state, mobile breakpoint, and pop-up duplicated so behaviour matches the original.
• Global colour palette, typography, and reusable widgets set up for easy re-branding later.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pages load fast on a standard shared host, scoring 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile.
2. All content editable through Elementor without touching code.
3. Pop-ups and buttons fire exactly as on the reference site.
4. Template can be exported/imported via Elementor’s kit export in a single zip.
