Downtime Calculator Page Development

I need a downtime calculator page added to my WordPress site built with Elementor. This will serve as a lead magnet.

Requirements:
- Collect user info: name and email, daily patient visits, average revenue per visit, daily surgeries/procedures, average revenue per surgery, clinical staff count, clinical hourly compensation, administrative staff count, administrative hourly compensation, average daily collections, billing backlog multiplier (1.1-1.5).
- Display results both on the web page and via email.
- Generate a company-branded PDF report with the following:
- Summary:
- TOTAL DAILY DOWNTIME COST
- TOTAL 2 DAY DOWNTIME
- Daily Visit Revenue
- Daily Surgery Revenue
- Clinical Idle Cost (8hrs)
- Administrative Idle Cost (8 hrs)
- Billing Disruption Cost
- TOTAL AVERAGE CYBER EVENT DOWNTIME (an event usually lasts for 18 days)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in WordPress and Elementor.
- Experience with PDF generation and email automation.
- Strong attention to detail and design for a professional look.
