Develop 8-Page NDIS Elementor Site

I need an experienced WordPress and Elementor developer to build an 8-page website for my NDIS support services business in Brisbane, Australia.

EVERYTHING IS ALREADY PREPARED — this is not a design project. You are building from a complete brief that includes:
• Full HTML reference files for every page (pixel-perfect design guide)
• Complete page copy, H1/H2/H3 headings, SEO titles and meta descriptions for all 8 pages
• Brand colours, fonts and logo
• WordPress already installed on GoDaddy hosting with Elementor Pro and all required plugins activated
• Full requirements document covering design, forms, SEO, plugins and mobile responsiveness

What I need built:
• Site-wide header and footer (Elementor Theme Builder)
• 8 pages built in Elementor Pro to match the HTML reference files
• 3 WPForms contact/referral/careers forms
• RankMath SEO configured on every page
• Wordfence and UpdraftPlus configured
• Full mobile responsiveness
• 30-minute handover walkthrough so I can manage the site myself
