Convert HTML Layout to Elementor

I currently have a static, design-stage HTML build that I need recreated inside WordPress with Elementor for a photography website. The source file is the home page but additional internal pages will inherit the Header footer sections, adding a contact page with form and the usual legal pages (privacy, terms).

The goal is to migrate these pieces into a clean Elementor theme while preserving the visual feel of the original layout. I’m happy to hear small UX or performance tweaks if you spot opportunities—nothing is set in stone yet.

Key deliverables
• Homepage rebuilt in Elementor, fully responsive
- Standard Header and Footer sections used across all pages.
• Contact page with functional form (Elementor Pro or compatible plugin is fine)
• Privacy Policy and Terms pages created and linked in the footer
• Styling and typography matched to the current HTML files, with any approved improvements applied
• Final site handed over as a ready-to-launch WordPress install

Everything should be editable through Elementor’s visual interface and follow WordPress best practices (no hard-coded assets in the theme). When the pages render identically (or better) on desktop, tablet and mobile, the job is done.
