Complete Elementor Site Revamp

I already have the Berich theme running on WordPress with Elementor Pro and the core pages sketched out. Now I need the site polished and launch-ready before this Sunday evening, using nethues.com as the style benchmark.

Deliverables still outstanding:
• Build a clean mega-menu (4–6 main categories) that inherits theme colours and remains fully responsive.
• Swap the current header background for a modern gradient and ensure logo/typography remain legible.
• Enrich the Home page with service cards and any other visual elements that echo the competitor’s layout while matching Berich styling.
• Restyle cards on the Service Detail and Industries pages with a smooth hover effect for a more professional feel.
• Set up a Careers page: basic job listings plus an “Apply” action via a reliable WordPress plugin (WP Job Openings or similar) and match site styling.
• Finish the Contact page—form, map and details—keeping it lightweight and fast.
• Tidy the Blog list to use the theme’s default layout, making tweaks only where display issues remain.

Acceptance criteria
• All pages pass a mobile-first responsive check.
• No console errors; Core Web Vitals stay within green.
• Design consistency with nethues.com for typography, spacing and hover states.
• Site ready for publish by Sunday, 18:00 (my timezone), with one round of post-handover tweaks included.
Website site needs to be more than 85 in both mobile and desktop as Google Pagespeed insights

Everything must be executed inside Elementor Pro; no hard-coding that breaks theme update paths. I’ll provide admin access immediately so you can begin.
