Community Integration on Existing Website

I am looking for a web developer with expertise in Elementor and WordPress who pays attention to detail and follows specific directions. Here's what I require:
- Insert photos of my community in various parts of my website. The photos already have the correct aspect ratios to be inserted at specific locations.
- The web pages that need these photos are: Homepage, Living Together page, Joining MVCC page, and the FAQs page. There is a total of 6 photos.
- Ideally, you will have experience in web design and photo integration without affecting site performance or loading times.
Experience with Elementor and WordPress is essential.
