Clone Website in Elementor Pro

I am looking for a professional web designer/developer to replicate a sample website using Elementor Pro (WordPress).

Project Requirements:
Replicate the exact layout, styling, and functionality of the sample site using Elementor Pro.
Start with the Header section — ensure all buttons link to their respective pages as shown in the sample.
On the Setup Guide page, include all device setup guides. Each device section should display the same design and layout.
After finishing one page, the navigation should work seamlessly back to Home and then to other pages, maintaining the same structure.
Design and install the site directly on my WordPress.
Provide me with all source files after completion.
