Business Directory Website

I have a current site using WP Business Directory, not sure if I have set it up wrong but it's terrible. I don't like it at all and I would like a new Business directory within my site. I understand I may need to purchase directory software similar to localist or geo directory however I found them full of information that I didn't need. II began making my own using CPIT and Custom Fields, however I am a bit out of my league and don't know how to add regions. So I would consider using this setup if you can import all the members for me and add regions so that custoemrs can search for a business by region. I currently have about 200 members I could send you the CSV file of them, my site is a live members site, so I would need this top to be setup using a staging site so that my current site isn't affected. I have a layout idea which I have attached, some members have logos some have images so I think it might be best to set it up with logos and titles, and their images can be on the detailed view. I only want freelancers that have done directories before please. thank you
