Build WordPress Real Estate Page

I already have the full design for a single real-estate page and now need it turned into a working WordPress page. The job is purely development—no layout changes or creative tweaks required.

Scope
• Recreate my provided design in WordPress, keeping all spacing, fonts, and colours exact.
• Use Elementor for building the layout so I can edit sections later.
• Integrate property listings exactly where the mock-up shows them.
• Add a contact form powered by WPForms and route submissions to my chosen email.
• Ensure the page is responsive, loads quickly, and matches the desktop and mobile comps.

Acceptance
The delivered page should be:
1. Pixel-perfect against the supplied design files.
2. Fully functional on the latest WordPress version with no console errors.
3. Cleanly documented (brief notes or comments) so I can update content myself.

I’ll supply the design files, hosting access, and any copy or images needed as soon as we start.
