Build Elementor Site from PSD

I already have every page of my corporate website laid out in Photoshop; now I need those designs translated into a fully-functioning WordPress site built with Elementor. In total there are 10 straightforward pages—no complex e-commerce pieces—so the job is mostly about matching the existing visuals pixel-for-pixel, setting up the correct typography and color styles inside Elementor, and making sure everything responds cleanly on mobile.
