Build Elementor Business Site

WordPress with Elementor Pro is already installed on my server and I have a clear visual brief: a wire-framed layout plus several annotated screenshots that show colors, typography, and section order. I now need the site itself created so the design comes to life in the browser.

Scope
– Business-focused presence consisting of three core pages: Home, About, Services and Contact.

Please work directly inside my existing installation, rely only on Elementor Pro widgets (no extra page-builder plugins), and keep the design fully responsive. I will supply all text, images, and brand assets; you handle the build, basic image optimization, and light scroll animations so the pages feel polished without slowing load times.

Deliverable
A pixel-accurate, mobile-friendly site that matches my screenshots, passes Google PageSpeed with 85+ on mobile, and sends test messages successfully through the contact form.
