Advanced Elementor and JetEngine Dynamic Content Configuration - 15/05/2024 13:03 EDT

Job ID: 38112311

Budget: $25 – $75 USD

I'm currently in need of a skilled individual proficient in Elementor and JetEngine to assist in finalizing the configuration of dynamic content imported from another site. The content, which includes Artists, Styles, and Portfolio Items, has been imported successfully (as a Crocoblock/JetEngine "skin" as well as Elementor archive and single templates), but requires further configuration to ensure it functions optimally on my website and fits the visual aesthetic.

Key Tasks:
- Configuring Custom Post Types (CPTs): The project involves working on Artists, Styles, and Portfolio Items. These should be set up in a user-friendly way so that I can easily manage and present the content on my site.
- Establishing Relationships between CPTs & Building Complex Queries: You will need to ensure that the relationships between Artists, Styles, and Portfolio Items are established correctly. While there are already queries and relations built, some of them might need updated as not everything imported in a way that shows the right things on the Elementor templates. Similarly, while queries are built and imported, you should still have ability to build complex queries within JetEngine, so you understand the setup and can ideally in the future help refine and expand on it.
- Visual and Functionality Fidelity: You will need to look at the other site from which this content was imported to see how these elements look and function and ensure the same on my site, while ensuring the look and feel are adapted to fit my site's design.

It's important to note that the relationships between the CPTs have already been created via the imported Crocoblock/Jet "skin". This project primarily focuses on refining the setup, ensuring proper functionality and usability.

So, while you need to be familiar with JetEngine at an advanced level, you also need to know how to use Elementor at an advanced level (containers, global styles) and use your judgment to ensure things are visually in line with my site's design.

Ideal Skills and Expertise:
- Proficiency in Elementor and JetEngine, particularly in configuring CPTs, relationships, and complex queries.
- Comfortable looking at the site from which
- Experience working with Artists, Styles, and Portfolio Items or similar content types.
- Prior experience importing and configuring dynamic content from other sites would be beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Overall, I'm seeking a reliable and experienced professional who can assist in the final stages of my website's configuration of these content types.

Attached are screenshots showing what these different content types look like on the source site.

When you're accepted to work on the job, you'll be granted access to my site and given a document with direct links to the pages/templates where this work has been started.

I need someone who is proficient enough with these tools to be fairly self-directed once given access. My web/marketing manager can give you access to the source site if needed, but you then ideally will be able to make sense of the setup and put things in place as intended to achieve this functionality without recreating the wheel.

As an example, there is a Styles page for which a screenshot of the hero section is attached, showing Portfolio Items as well as Artists related to that style. The Artists are shown via a Query Builder query that uses a "Grandchild/Grandparent" relation, looking at the Portfolio Items related to the style, then checking the Artist that is related to those. So, the setup has no need to associate Artists to Styles, since Artists are Related to Portfolio Items that themselves are Related to Styles. This may sound complex, but you need not understand it from this—you just need to be proficient enough in advanced JetEngine usage to grasp it once you get in and start working with what's already there.
