voice recorder PCB using Audio codec with Emmc memory

Dear all ,

what i need is the following : -
PCB board that will record voice and stored in the EMMC , the board will contain the following


1- MCU with usb
2- emmc ic 64/128gb
3-RTC
4- audio codec
5- microphone

1- MCU
- the MCU should be from low power energy such as New SAM MCU from microchip , it should have SDIO for EMMC, RTC, HIGH speed USB 480mbit/s ..... low power
2- emmc , any it should be between 32/64/128 or more GB
3- audio codec should be
-tlv320aic3101
-tlv320aic3104
-tlv320aic3106
the AGC(auto gain control should be enable , also may we need to add some filter)

the freelancer should put in his consideration that the project will run under aaa battery and make the board work with lowest current with highest quality (the audio quality should be 22khz, 44khz, or 16khz , not more , the bit should be controllable between 8bit ,16bit and 24 bit ,

also the board should communicate with pc over usb with specific software to make run and move all file form mmc to pc , other wise it will not run in any pc.


als the freelancer should handle at least to working pcb to me after that , he should handle all source code , pcb files to me ..
