The SMPS should work at universal 1-phase grid supplies.
It should be isolated.
Its output ratings should be 24V 2A.
it should have lowest DC-link capacitance possible.
The input power-factor should be above 0.9PF.
The output ripple should be less than 100mVpp.
It should be designed with PWM controller which have external switch.
it should have UV,OV,SC,OP protections.
It should be compatible with global EMI/EMC standards.
It should be compact as possible on single board PCB.
