A simple hobbiest style project -- 2

I'm looking for what I imagine to be a simple device, 3 buttons or a dial that will run a timer for 3,4, or 5 minutes then slowly spin a motor for a few seconds so I can lift the tea bag I've forgotten about out of my cup.
