I need to create a PCB design for a servo tester that will be used to control an Electronic Speed Controller (ESC). The final design should be provided in the Gerber Files format. This project includes several key elements:

1. **PCB Layout with Dimensions**: A detailed drawing of the PCB layout, including precise measurements.
2. **Linear Resistor Integration**: The PCB design will incorporate a specific linear resistor. I will need the product's URL and its datasheet to accurately embed it into the PCB's footprint.
3. **Example Servo Tester Schematic**: I will use a servo tester schematic as a reference for arranging the electronic components on the PCB. Please make sure all components resistors and capacitors are fit with 9610R3.4KL2.0. Provided example design for 10K resistor. Please recalculate values for 3.4K.

The PCB design must accommodate a 9V battery power source. To ensure compatibility, I will integrate a step-down voltage component into the PCB design. Thus, the PCB will comprise the servo tester circuit, the step-down voltage regulator, and the linear resistor.

Additionally, the PCB needs to facilitate external connections for the following components:

- A 5mm LED
- A 9V battery
- Positive and negative signals as output connections to the ESC.

This design will ensure that all necessary components are effectively incorporated and connected for optimal performance of the servo tester with the ESC.
