I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a project development on the STM8S003F3 microcontroller. The project involves the following requirements:

Specific Features and Functionalities:
- Basic input/output operations
- Communication protocols such as UART and SPI
-Need to interface with MFRC522 AND STM8S003 IN COSMIC C COMPILER
-need to read card ID and authenticate with speci
-need a value to be decremented on rccard stored in a specific address sat @0x05H in rccard
