DC power design and recommendation
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I have a project using 6 x 12Vdc DC motors each max 25A. operated by a junction box 300m away.
Others I've seen uses 400Vdc 1600W step down to 15Vdc 1000W. I've tried 400Vdc 3000W step down to 12Vdc 2100W but still cuts out when the motor drives more than 50%.
Need to design either a soft start of capacitive circuit best to manage at 400Vdv 3000W to 12Vdc 1400W.
