3 phase drive panel design for 3 conveyors with vfd drives
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for a freelancer who can design a 3 phase drive panel for 3 conveyors with VFD drives. The project requires the following skills and experience:
Power Supply:
- The drive panel should be designed for a three-phase power supply.
- With a 24v control circuit
Conveyor Specifications:
- The conveyors have standard specifications, so the design should be based on these standards.
- The 3 VFD's are as follows 1 x 380-480v 50Hz 3ph 3.5a 0.75kw (optidrive e3 ode -3-140022-3F12)
2 x 380-480v 50Hz 3ph 1.9a 0.37kw (optidrive e3 ode -3-140012-3F12)
Documentation:
- The client requires electrical schematics for the panel design.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing drive panels for conveyors with VFD drives.
- Knowledge of three-phase power supply and standard conveyor specifications.
- Ability to create detailed electrical schematics for the panel design.
Looking to have all drives Start/Stop at the same time with a common Start/Stop circuit
Plus have two E/Stop buttons on the panel one front one top using a Pillz safety relay
