3-phase Ideal Diode Rectifier
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are making a small generation project and currently using a passive 3-phase diode bridge rectifier. The efficiency is not quite as high as we need, and we are looking to replace it with a custom-designed ideal 3-phase diode rectifier that uses MOSFETs controlled appropriately to do the job.
Looking for interested individuals that have power electronics and PCB design experience. For the right person, this job should be pretty simple.
The requirements are up to 75 VAC 3-phase input, 50V DC rectified output, at 45 Amps max (approximate power of 2200W during steady state).
