I need help with bespoke brushless alternator wiring.

Job ID: 36808937

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I have designed a bespoke alternator that is to operate in an extreme cold temperature and is not for recharging
a vehicle battery. I have designed the brushless alternator body parts for the inclusion of the hollow core wire, couplings and reservoirs for liquidnitrogen. What I don't understand is how the exciter connects up, how long the wires for the loops and field wires need to be, how many rotations the shaft will require per second etc.

I need one of your engineers to work out and draw up the working drawings with the specific alternator
requirements for it to achieve 3.5kw, 240v, 50 Hz, using 1.6mm hollow core copper wire, 5mm wall width. It is for
a prototype so accuracy at this stage is not necessary.
