I need an electronics engineer

I found an electronic circuit board in my Hotel room. I know i was recorded in the hotel and i need to know what an engineer thinks this circuit board does. My suspicion is that it takes the weak signal from a hidden camera and microphone and sends it out to wherever the people who were watching and listening actually are. I need a more professional opinion.

The hotel tells me it is a thermostat. It is not a thermostat.
