I need an electrical engineer

I sell a laboratory stirrer that is powered by a ClearPath Servo motor. I'm looking for a vendor that can manufacture the controller/ interface for the unit (i.e. wiring the power supply, programming the internal micro controller/Arduino, assembling the enclosure, etc.) while adhering to CE and/or UL specifications.
