i need a circuit board designer

Circuit board to run ideally from 24VDC. Terminals to be provided for incoming power connection. Board to contain programming logic to sequence the 6 solid state relays on the board that are powered from the board. On the output side of the solid state relays - 2 terminals each for +/- external device connection (rating for devices is 24VAC. Each external device will be maximum inrush current of 0.5A and normal operating current when programmed to be on 0.3 Amps. Programming (sheet attached) will be such that all 6 devices could come on at once and stay on at once so total inrush 3A and holding currents 1.8A. 24VAC power supply to be supply on the board to power these external devices once connected to the terminals. The unit should be able to be turned on using a remote control and one of 4 programs selected as per the program sheet. Also the CB design should be such that it incorporates wifi so the programs can be started from a future mobile phone app. Design should be for up to 60 deg ambient
