nRF52832 based UTO-NBL-52A programming experienced expert

I have a custom PCB board based UTO-NBL-52A based Bluetooth for remote control board. I tested all hardware specification, but it works fine. When I write the firmware, it doesn't work at all.
I would like to troubleshoot this issue as soon as possible.
Please apply if you used UTO-NBL-52A module before.
