433mhz notifyer

Project Title: 433mhz notifier for specific events
I need a simple PCB design which include following.
1) Design should be as small as possible, perhaps even smart-watch size.
2) Design will include place for:
- microcontroller (ATTINY85 or smaller/better)
- 433mhz (or LoRa!) reciever (whatever smaller you can find but it needs to cover 15meters range with two walls)
- battery charger controller with USB input
- Battery holder for LiPo Battery (300mAh?), connected to charger and microcontroller
- vibration motor
Idea is to send 433/LoRa signal (code) to bracelet that will vibrate. Simple project. Battery time should be around 13 hours. If project requires or it's better, it can also use microcontroller with wifi.
Any other suggestion that does the job is also welcome.
