100kHz - 4MHz oscillator circuit

The description, for the device I need to be built, might seem a bit odd, comparing to other projects on this website, due to my lack of experience in the area of electronics, so I'll try to describe what kind of a device I need, to the best of my knowledge. Please excuse some obvious errors from my side, if there are any, because I'm in no way a professional electronic engineer.

The reason why I need the oscillator is to test the resonant frequencies of various microbes/pathogens/bacteria/viruses. Dr Rife did that in 1930s, proving that some microbes get killed with specific frequencies, and I'd like to try and replicate his experiments. That's why I need this oscilator device.
The oscillator should generate oscillations in the area around itself (its antenna), powerful enough to affect the microbes, at specific frequencies. Dr Rife indicated that 75 Watts of output power was enough for the killing of microbes within a couple of minutes of the treatment. I assume the device was using more power on the input side of the circuit, but around 75 Watts was produced on the output (emitting antenna) side of the circuit.
The output frequency should be customizable, using a knob or a variable capacitor or a potentiometer, etc. within a range from around 100 kHz to around 4 MHz. The range is not strict, as to allow for an easier design of a device.
One important note is that the device will NOT be used as some kind of a radio station/emitter, so there is no need for a long range transmition of those oscillations. It should only produce powerful oscillations around itself (its output antenna) and maybe several feets away (max 2-3 meters around the antenna).

On the other hand, I have a Hantek DSO2010 oscilloscope, with a function generator, so I can generate those frequencies already, but with very low power at the output of the generator. If there is an easy way to aplify that signal from the function generator and get around 75 Watts of output, that could also be useful. Any advice is highly appreciated.
