11kW 200-900V DC to 3ph AC inverter

build me an 11kW 200-900V DC to 3ph AC inverter to push EV´s battery power back into the grid according to vde4105.
this needs frequency tracking, power providers are very sensitive to feeding their grid;)
you must have done this before, and you must be able to test what you designed, pcba in china i guess, i do the cover, must work inside, -20-+50°C.
i need the working prototype this year.
