You must have 2 CC1310 modules atleast, please clarify this in your proposal
1 transmitter , many receivers/nodes
Transmitter send message with MAC as payload, All nodes recieve the message but ignore if payload MAC doesn't match
Transmitter is attached to arduino with serial TX/RX, every uart output from arduino will be redirect to cc1310 radio, you must specify the format, also every message recieved by transmitter redirect to serial TX
