fast data logger with adalogger and RTC

I need to log 6 analog channels(A0-A5) very fast and store the data as csv or txt file on the SD card for later analysis with Excel or other program. It needs to log the data at least every 1ms or faster. The SD card is 32GB. I need a time stamp on the file let say every minute or so. I connect a switch, start logging when on on input 13 and we connect an LED showing when storing data to SD card on output 12. The controller I use is the Adafriut adalogger and the RTC I use is the precision I2C RTC. I will attach a picture and the orders where I bought the parts. I need an ability to just set once the RTC time, there is no user interface needed in the first version, I just need to see if it works good enough. Probably later we need then a user interface in an additional project.
