ebike fixed

Hi! I'm in need of some help with my ebike. My ebike is an Elf made by https://organictransit.com/, and I recently replaced the motor and battery. It worked for around 10 minutes before it wouldn't start again. The controller is showing green--no issues. The bike is about 160 pounds and resembles a giant orange egg. Trying to replace my car with this.

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer with electrical engineering or ebike fixing experience to diagnose and repair the ebike.
