design a control board for a hot food vending machine

I am looking for a freelancer to design a control board for a hot food vending machine. (12/24V DC)

Specific features required for the control board include:
- Control an elvator ( X & Y)
- Control 36+ motors (Individually), linear actuators
- Should be able to communicate with the mutitouch android display (ask for spec sheet if required)
- Cut off and regulate supply for a heating unit (microwave)
- Temp Sensor, proximity sensor, Door Lock sensor etc
- Inventory tracking

Design requirements for the control board:
- The client has some general ideas for the design, but is open to suggestions

Size and power requirements:
- The control board should be of medium size and have medium power capabilities

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Experience in designing control boards for vending machines
- Knowledge of temperature control systems
