control LED lights from wifi based on stock price changes

I am looking for help to create an electronic device to change the colour of LEDs based on the price change of specific stocks (list in excel attached). This has to work automatically via wifi and with a rechargeable battery. It will be similar to this project, but with LEDs instead of epaper https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TnJY7Lszh90.
The logic of the programming should be to check the price change % difference every 30 minutes relative to the "previous close" price. More details are in the excel file.
There are 10 stocks in total, so will need this to work for 10 separate LEDs at the same time. I would like to use RBGW LEDs, individually addressable, each with a wire that is about 12 inches long.
I don't have experience with electronics, so I look to you for advice on which parts to buy and how to assemble them. I also look to you to design the code that will make this work.
