4-20mA/0-10V and contact DAC interface for ultra low power LoRa node

I need to build a plug and play single or dual channel (depending on the engineer preferences) 4-20mA, 0-10VDC and contact interface for my LoRa Node in order to collect data from field sensors (pressure, distance, contact switches etc...)
This module has to be designed in order to be plug and play to my own node (that already exists) and uses ATMEGA328p at 1MHz and communicates over RFM95W.

Currently, the node, in low power and sleep mode consumes 5uA and works with a 2xALKALINE AA batteries at 3V (as alternative, i can use Lithium Ion Battery Pack - 3.7V 6600mAh)

These are the overall specs:
- The ADC module has to be designed on EasyEda, only schematic, no PCB and the parts has to be available and ready to be ordered
- The ADC module has to be switched on/off from the main MCU *only* when i have to measure the 4-20mA or the 0-10VDC, using a Digital output
- The ADC module has to be stable and must work also when the battery will discharge around 1.8/2V

A calculation about the consumed current and the "theoretical" battery life note will be appreciated
