build a circuit to sense EEG data and send signals to a light and motor via zigbee interface

I am looking for a professional who can help me build an EEG data sensing circuit that is able to send both analog and digital signals to a light and motor via a zigbee interface. The desired range of the EEG data to be sensed should be between 0-100 uV. The circuit should be designed for indoor use. Experience with similar projects is required to be considered for this job.
